Inspired by this story, the goal was to demystify these collaborative processes through a data visualization that not only portrayed the intricate connections among teams but also serves as a practical tool for future planning and reflection. Focusing on creating a relevant system map, we delved into the unseen complexities of feature exhibit planning and execution. Despite them being temporary, these exhibits demand meticulous planning and coordination across diverse Spark teams.
